hi.
i work whit modelsim 5.6b in win200 sp3.
the license is ok alla chek is good but when i tri to simulate modelsim shoutdown whitout error.
can anybody hel me?

Have you checked ALL steps with the licensing wizard?

After shutdown, take a look at the log file, perhaps you find some info there

This happens if license is not matching with the version of modelsim. There is surely a problem with ur license... check it out... Even in license wizard...u will not find anything...try with other license..

I had the same problem. Replace lmgrd326.dll with the patched one.

no i don't have $exit code.
i try to make step by step and when i invoche the vsim command whit the rights argoument modelsim shout down.
where is the log file?
i dont'find it. maybe that i searched it not very well.

The lic can be checked by licensing wizard not mearning it is OK ! Check the hostid match your computer !

It is a licensing problem. I remember once I have to play with registry to fix it.
