Hi all,

I need to model MEMS devices, in particular accelerometers, using Simulink. I also have access to MEMS Pro and Coventor. Does anybody know how I can either extract the pre-made sample models from Coventor or MEMS Pro into Simulink, or where to find models for Simulink.

I have also stumbled upon another program, SUGAR, which seems like it could be of help. I am trying to make a delta-sigma ADC interface for MEMS devices, and don't really know much about the MEMS devices, and would like to treat them as a black box.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Crusader
