Modeling an amplifier chip

I want to use a MMIC amplifier chip in my design. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't give a model of it. So, how i can model it on Ansoft Designer by looking the graphs in the datasheet?
 

Better ask the vendor.. email them to give you the model...
