mmic bias

As with all GaAs amplifiers, it is important to ensure that the gate bias is present before applying the drain voltage.
Without gate control, the drain current will rise to a level that is potentially destructive to the MMIC; therefore, it is
recommended to provide safeguards in the circuit design to ensure that the gate bias is applied first.

I have a MMIC rf amp that needs 14V for drain and -1V for gate bias, how I design the sequencing circuit that when -1V is not present does not apply 14V ?

who to design bias circuit ?

MMIC rf amp bias

You can do with optical devices if required to maintain isolation else simple RC delay will be enough with a switch
