Dear All :

Does anyone know how to simulation the isolation of Mixer ? My Mixer RF is 100MHz, Los is square wave 100.2MHz ,Thanks

mixer isolation is port to port isolation , so , when u apply LO , u need to measure the component of the LO which feed to the RF port and IF port , also when u inject thr RF singal check the attenuation of it in the IF port and so on

it can be done by using HB simulation in any RF simulator

khouly
