voltage gain of gilbert mixer is of 10dB, it is voltage gain but in some literature they convert it using dB = 10log(gain) rather than using 20log(gain)
 

10*log(Gain) is the Power Gain@Known Load (Standard 50 Ohm)
20*log(Gain) is the Voltage Gain@<Generally>Open Circuit ( It's principally for active mixers because there is already a internal load in active mixers )
