Mixer and detector diode

As I know mixer diode and detector diodes have different purpose, I have simulated HSMS 8202 (A known mixer diode) as a detector; it has excellent detection efficiency (ADS simulation). Someone suggested use HSMS 286x for rf detection and rectenna application. Which is the better option?

pls help
