Hi,

I know about mixed signal design flow using either cadence or synopsys tools.
But I am not clear with the technology used to design the analog parts.
Let say, I design my digital blocks using 130nm, then how can I ensure that the analog parts will be according to 130nm technology?
Does the foundary has certain rules for the analog design associate with 130nm technology for example?

Second question is regarding the price.
For digital chip, the price will be based on the mmsq.
But for mixed signal chip, how is the price be set?

Thanks in advance for your kind respond.
