Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and innovative AMS designers with strong theoretical and practical background in analog circuit designs. Working as both an individual and a team member, the candidate will be involved in designing analog circuits. The position offers excellent opportunity to work with an expert team of AMS designers responsible for delivering high-end designs from specification development to performing functional and performance tests.


Responsibilities

As a member of our analog and mixed-signal team, and after attending appropriate training, you will be expected to:
- Analyze topology tradeoffs and propose circuit level implementations.
- Responsible for schematic entry, simulation of mixed-signal CMOS circuits using Synopsys tools.
- Develop and run mixed-signal verification for SERDES PHYs on several technologies using Synopsys tools.
- Learn and master scripting languages (most importantly Tcl, Perl, and CSH) and use them extensively to solve problems and improve the flows.
- Communicate clearly and frequently in English.
- Meet strict quality and schedule requirements.
- Produce exceptional results as an individual and team contributor.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications Engineering
- 0-5 years of Mixed-Signal design experience.
- Demonstrable in-depth understanding of electrical and electronic concepts.
- Strong knowledge in mixed-signal functionality (Transceivers, ADC, DAC, PLLs, CDRs, Equalization)
- Excellent knowledge of Logic Circuit Designs.
- Good knowledge of device physics.
- Modeling experience in Verilog/Verilog-AMS is an asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently besides being a good team player.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), and ability to communicate clearly.
