min & max function in keil

hi every one
there are min & max functions on avr ide/compilers like codevision & avrgcc but i cant find them in keil ,has keil these functions? in which library ?
keil support fmin & fmax & i know they used for float variables but if i used them for int is it work ?
& my other question is can i use sizeof function instead of strlen function?

sizeof is not a function. It is macros. Returns constant value specified lenth of declared array.
Have no idea what min/max function is.
