mim capacitor

Hi,
I am drawing layout for filter in which I need to place MIM capacitors. I am using layout of the capacitor from the library of TSMC 0.18um. It has five metal layers.
Can any body tell me how do I provide connections to this capacitor? Which metal layers should I use?

Hi there! - Are you talking about the MIM capa or the MOM capa? You said it has 5 metal layers...which seems to be a MOM(fingered) capacitor...it's very simple to connect them...you can use any metals from 1 to 5 for both side...but to have a low ohmic connection better used the higher metal which is the metal 5.
