MIM Antenna error: "MIM bottom plates must be tied down

MIM cap Antenna error

Hi guys ,
while running antenna check i got an error like this

MIM bottom plates must be tied down

can anybody help me to solve this one

try to split your capacitor into 2...

Its telling i should tie down right .

Could you explain me how it will help when we split it .

the bottom plate is too large that it exhibits the antenna effect.
in order to remove this effect, split the cap so that the net area of the bottom plate is also reduced.

Actually in my layout i dont have enough space to split it to two.

So could you suggest another solution i mean how to put the antenna diode

in my layout experience, i havent encountered putting antenna diodes to nodes that are not connected to pins yet. usually this antenna diodes are placed near the boundary/cell frame of an IP/megacell.
just split the lower plate and there is no need to put boundary between the 2. put them adjacent to each other and use minimum rule.
it will look somewhat like the attached snapshot.
i hope it helps.

i think tie down diode is needed and not antenna diode.
