gsm midamble

Can some one show me the meaning of midamble in GSM, that I can use it as the synchronous source to measure the timing response of power?

Thanks in advance!!!

midamble gsm

Hi,

GSM midamble means fixed periods(bits) of time with some synchronization
data pattern rather than random ones. Always we call that training sequence.
We can get equipment synchronized to burst by mapping the pattern with additional
timeing offset of midamble if under test mode rather than call mode.

Yes, we can get timong response of TDMA burst after action of above.

Regards,
