where download tutorial,tips,triks,vba macros for c*t mico*ave stu*io?

PS I'm studying a dispersion diagram of a planar periodic structure.
In mws 4 exist a vba macro to plot the dispersion curve in post processor, but I'd like to learm more about the softwre.
