microwave office impedance matching

Please i need help on how to go about this?
1. I want to modulate a GUUU device with a signal from a microwave signal generator and there is a fairly long 50ohm cable between them. The frequency range is 500MHz to 10GHZ.
2. What kind of matching would i use to maintain the same amplitude on different range of frequencies..

Thank you
