microwave 1.5Gz

Hello
I need the circuit of an amplifier of 1 watt in 1500mhz thank you

best bet

Your best bet is to visit the web site of transistor manufacturers. Motorola, Ericson and Philips are good starting points. They have example circuits for their parts which frequently include the board layout files.

If you don't have design capability, I guess the most make sense idea is ot buy a connectorized module from mini_circuits .

How about the RFMD RF2125P? 1.5 to 2.2 GHz, 1W @ 6V. Data sheet is on their web site.

Re: microwave 1.5Gz
