microstrip calibration substrates/stripline filter

calibration of microstrip

I have a test fixture with associated microstrip calibration substrates (short, open load...etc). I want to use the fixture to measure a K-band stripline filter (ceramic). Can I cal using the microstrip substrates and then get good measurements from a stripline?
