can anyone plz explain me what are these control signals doing in the datapath (with their proper names )

I guess, you would best consult the lecture script (or textbook) where you took the diagram from. Although some basic abrevations are more or less self-explanatory (e.g PC program counter, IR instruction register, RF register file), others have been arbitrarily defined by the author and aren't necessarily commonly used.
