Are there any micropower ( < 1 mA) cmos packaged gates out there that can clock at 5 GHz?
I know there are pll chips that have embedded gates like that, and I know hittite makes counters that take higher DC power (divide by 2 at 78 mA).
But where can I find a hex inverter, or nand gate, etc, that is micropower?
