Microphone Array

hi

I'm currently working on a project for multi-channel speech enhancement techniques. I've decided to work on Microphone Array using Delay-and-Sum Beamforming technique follow-up by adaptive noise cancelling. I've chosen to used MATLAB for the simulation. I have read lots of stuffs on these things and I believe I know the important stuffs. However, I don't have any idea how to start off with MATLAB. Can anyone help me out? Or at least show me some samples.

Thanks
