Microphone and speaker IC

I need an IC for signal processsing of audio microphone (volume control ,filtering,gain adj ,...) and gives out an conditioned audio signal and at the other hand, have a analog line it and signal condition it and give it to a speaker.

I want to be able to adjust parameters using a microcontroller and be digitally adjuastable.


MIC IN -------> Processing ---------> Analog Output(Line out)

SPK out <---------- Processing <------------ Analog input (Line in)

Please give some part numbers .
