microcontroller with large flash memory

large flash microcontroller

hi
i m using AT89c52. it has only 8k flash memory. i m doing programming for graphic display. is there any microcontroller available from same family with same pin configuration with large flash memory like 16k. i dont want to use EPROM as it will increase the size of PCB.

yes you can use AT89C55 (WD)
which has 20KByte flash memory.
 

P89C51RB2 with 16 kb
P89C51RC2 with 32 kb
P89C51RD2 with 64 kb

Hi

Philips LPC2138 provide upto 512K byte FLASH ROM and 32KByte RAM

and the LPC2880 Provide up to 1Mbyte of FLASH ROM.

Hey can anybody tell me a MC with Flash >= 128kB and in PDIP or PLCC package. Wright now using Atmel AVR (single cycle core) but cant get these packages in those !!!
