One option is ADuC812 from Analog Device with 8 x 12 bit ADC and 2 x 12 bit DAC (no PWM). Or you can choose ADuC824 with 24 bit ADC

the simple solution too using something like a pic

is too offset sample using two a/d and an opamp or a cmos chip too extend your a/d's too using 10 bit double clock rate then half sample the input via the cmos chip too two 10 bit a/d

this way getting 20bit at the full clock

Suggestion

May be use Atmel At94k40 series from Atmel? It has FPGA with unlimited flexibility.

you can use semence make SAB 5XX series.
they have wide range of periferals including PWM, flash ram, CAP-Com units and CAN.

Why you see Chip DSP 16 Bit ( TMS320LF240x ) . It have 16 PWM but it have ADC 10 Bit. This chip very easy to use it.
