motorola 6800x

i need a microcontroller with RAM of >2k and >32k flash also a spi port
i want to use it for the project of web server which controller with this specification can be used
plz help me to search the controller

The DS89C450 from Dallas/Maxim would be a good choice ..

i think ZILOG z80 would satisfy ur request. or try motorola 6800x...
both will work fine...
 

use avr it's great and the programmer can be built easily and connected to parallel port
 

ATMEGAs are nice but a bit expensive for being 8-bit. The LPC2000 family from Philips offers lower cost and much more performance. One example of an implementation I found was this one from Interniche: https://www.iniche.com/arm.php?art=lpc21xx
So, if this is anything more than a single hobby implementation goint with an ARM7 is probably a good idea.
