microcontroller interfaced with VGA?

i search abour microcontroller (i prefer microchip) to interface with VGA (monitor or screen) so can any one recomend me chip and tell me how interfacing with VGA

Try looking at some Analog device chipset. I don't think your micro will be able to handle the speed especially a microchip part.
 

HI

PIC16 is to slow for producing VGA signals! (pixel clock is > 25 MHz)
you need to use faster controller like PIC32,AVR32,STM32,LPC1xxx,LPc2xxx etc
