boost converter microcontroller

Hi All,

I am intending to build a boost converter with input ranging from 85Vdc to 265Vdc.
Output will be fixed at 400Vdc.

Any suggestion how i can control the uC to output the varying PWM automatically.

Thanks

microcontroller boost

Hi

There is a lot of design for this type of power supply no need for microcontroller but look at www.freescale.com for DSP56F8xxx microcontroller DSC - there are several application for controlling power converter.

All the best

uc boost converter

hello.... what would be the best PIC Uc i can use in building a combinational lock? and where can i purchase a solenoid? thanx

boost converter using microcontroller

Due to cost constraint, cant really settle for a DSC.
Anyone trying doing it on a 8-bit uC before.

Many Thanks.
