Thanks for the links.
I already knew the 2nd one, but I didn´t find comparision regarding Cortex-M0.
So, I´ll keep serching for other references.

Also thank you, but the elementary answer did not help anything.
A benchmark is also based on real-world and simulated performance testings; not only on datasheets comparisions.
If I was asking for a benchmark, obviously I wish be released from that survey, if there are already done for somebody.
