microchip mrf49xa mesh communication

hi

i am thinking to use microchip mrf49xa for transmitting and receiving some data.
i have a project in which random number of people (having mrf49xa) present in a hall have to exchange contact information from each other, number of people in the hall are always changing. I can't think of any method for doing this. can someone tell me what method to use to accomplish this.
