metaware high c/c++ compiler

Dear Friends,

Does anyone have an idea about Metaware High c/C++ compiler for using with ARM (Specially ARM9E)?

Is there any comparison with IAR(Specially Optimized for Speed)? I also want to
know about using ARM9E DSP Instruction Set with C/C++;
