MENTOR WG2000.5 and WG2002 Installation Problem on XP

When installing WG2002.5 or WG2002 I receive the following error:
"error registering VBDCStructSrvr30.dll"
How can I fix the problem?

You must install WG2002 or WG 2000.5
with Administrator login..

Or make "regsvr32 C:\Mentor\Shared\VBDCStructSrvr30.dll"

It looks like an ownership error .
Check if you're running the installation as Admin .

Start-->Control Panel-->User accounts

There's list of created users, check if below yours is written admin :)

and also let me know about how to open .sch file in wg2000

just move on with your installation. the file is already installed and registered in your winXp system.you will have this error some 20 times during the setup.
the system will work fine.
