What is XlibCreator and Where Can I Find It And How Does It Work?

The only xlibcreator I know of is for leonardospectrum. It converts sysnopsys liberty (if i remember correctly) format to leonardo's library format for synthesis.

As for where.. I found it once online after searching.. but i don't remember where..

Xlibcreator is a tool by Mentor convering libraries from other synthesis tools to ones could be used by leonardospectrum. Follow **broken link removed**
