mentor graphics installation

can mentor graphics be installed on redhat linux 5.4 version bcoz it is unsuccessful and gives error at 50% installation?which version of redhat linux is required? below 5.0 or above 5.0. plz tell me the exact version anybody?
 

I installed Mentor on Ubuntu 9.10 and it worked smoothly.
 

mentor tools are working fine one all version of rhel from 4.x to 6.0. just make sure you do a full install of all the tools except servers, cluster and cluster storage. select all optional tools for each sub menu class. most of the time the reason is missing lib files.
