mentor fastscan

Hi everyone,
I need help to run FASTSCAN tool of Mentor Graphic to generate Test pattern for a Combinational circuit.
Could anybody help me please..

wut you mean by combinational circuit?.

If there is no flops means you can not run any ATPG tool.
