Hi All,

I want to learn how to build memory in chip or gate level, such as how did row and column decode perform. Could anybody recommend any literature about it? Thanks.

Thank you so much!!!! I also found a useful book which introduces internal structure within memory chip.
It was "Semiconductor Memory Design and Application", written by engineers from texas instruments.
