Memory field problem in 1MB Static RAM ASC108S

Hi All

From the past one month i had interfaced the Static Ram with 8051 controller, hear i can able to read and write in to that RAM, and Continously storing the data which is receiving from GPRS. My Problem is after being some time the data which is stored in to the memory field that cant able to featch by the Micro controller, could u guys pl suggest me what may be the problem with the RAM. Hear i am using ASC108S Static RAM 1MB of memory.
