Hi,

What is the difference between "metal/via/diffusion programmable ROM" compiled by Memory Compiler? What's the advantage and disadvantage between them? Could you please show me some documents about them if possible?

Thanks!!

I guess it depends on in what way to programm the ROM.
Change metal connection or via and so on.

Hello laglead,

I guess so too :) however I'd like to know the benefit for each of them eg. eare/timing etc.

Thanks!

compilers are C compilers , Cross compilers . It converts the user defindaceptable codes to bin code ie. machine language .

Hi Sivani_vs...

Do not confuse memory compiler with programming language compilers.
Memory compilers are not related to programming language compilers...
Memory compilers gives memories depending on the cut size and other options.
