MediaTek MT7688 Processor getting hang

Hi Friends,

We have a USB Dongle which is a MT7688 Processor based device. The device has a DDR2 SDRAM, W972GG6KB.
The device is going to hang state some time. To recover the device I need to repower it. There is no issue with 3.3V power
supply. Some times it occur in 1 or 2 days. But some times it occur after 2 or 3 weeks. So the interval is not constant.
There is a ble chip also in the dongle. It seems like the device is not booting properly.
What may be the reason? Can some one help me please?
