Hello.I want to measure delay up to 5 decimal places in Hspice.how do i do?I want to see for example 0.232547e-9 in mt0 file.
thanks

Hi,

you want to measure tim down to fs (femto seconds)? what is this good for?

if i calculated right then it is a about 0.3um with the speed of light.
And if you want a range up to 1s then you need a binary data widt of 50 bits.

There are chips like TI´s THS788 but the accuracy is down to 8ps, wich is 8000 times your wanted resolution.

Also look for "time to digital converters". It is often used in ATE to measure timing of digital circuits.
