I wanna measure the effect of NBTI in SRAM cell by using HSPICE. How to measure it?

i have this problem too, Can anyone help me to give some information about measuring NBTI, using HSPICE?
I have used .mosra command, but it does not show any changes in parameters!!
how can made a transistor .model for mosra command?
