ads s2p extract

Hello,

you mean you want S-Parameter measurements / graphs of Circuit schematic design yes you can do that in Agilent ADS, AWR MWO, Ansoft Designer, Sonnet em, Zeland IE3D, etc.

s2p file

Maybe he means how to extract lumped circuit element parameters from S paramters in ADS. Is there any example showing this point? Thanks.

circuit elements and parameters

Then Sonnet em is the ideal way...
See this post for more details...

Also go through Sonnet User Guide manual, it has very usefull topic on Spice models,
specifically Chapter 21 "SPICE Model Synthesis"
