Measurement for microstrip balun without ground reference

Dear all,

We have a microstrip balun but without ground reference for differential outputs. How can we design a test scheme for measurement of such kind of balun? Thanks a lot.

I want to design a test scheme for our microstrip balun without ground reference on PCB board...
