Hi,

I ran pole zero analysis in hspice. And I got this kind of result. There's "x" in some number like -232.833x. Could any body tell me what it means?

real imag real imag
-232.667k 0. -37.0301k 0.
-195.038x 0. -31.0412x 0.

-1.46294g -182.958x -232.833x -29.1187x
-3.62305g 0. -576.627x 0.
-12.0109g 0. -1.91159g 0.

-192.945x 0. -30.7082x 0.
-1.40462g 0. -223.553x 0.

-11.9310g 0. -1.89888g 0.
21.9447g 0. 3.49260g 0.
75.9462g 0. 12.0872g 0.

Thanks in advance!!

"x" is an old SPICE abbreviation for "Mega" = 1e+06 - not much used any more, but still recognized, and often given in simulation output.

You could verify this with the
.option INGOLD=2 $ View attachment 89145
... which creates output format in exponential notation.

I really appreciate it. Now it's clearly understood. :):p
