MCU with embedded USB device and flash memory

Hi all,

I am looking for a 8-bit MCU with embedded USB device capability.
Also needed is built-in flash memory for storage of small amount of data (up to say, 256k bytes).
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Microchip has few MCU that can do that job. You will find the complete list in the attached file/picture.
They also have Webseminars for the USB, you mite find it useful.
