I could not find MCT2E optocoupler in Protues 8 pro.. how can i get this?
 

Unless you want specifically to check this part in particular, if you want to just simulate a design on which this part was originally present, why don't you consider replacing this opto by one of the various possible options, such as 4N25, 4N35, CNY17, TIL111, etc... ?
