Hi Everyone!

I am new to this forum, can some kind soul help me with driving this very nice bit of kit? I want to at first just get it to dial a mobile number and send out a text msg, I want the module to be used as a autodial for a alarm system, yes I know this is very basic for this unit that can handle much more but I want to walk first!

I have so far rigged it up to my laptop and been able to dial in and out including sending text msgs back and forth, but I am unsure how to access the two relays and the four switches.

I have had this unit for over a year collecting dust on my shelf in electronics work shop.

At the ripe old age of 62years learning new stuff seems to take a little longer.
I did have problems getting it to work using AT commands until I realised that the sim card couldn't work with GSM GPRS etc.

the link to the unit ............**broken link removed**

By the way, I have emailed MCE but they have as yet not replied. I am just hoping someone on the forum has one of these units.

Hope someone can help

All the best
