MC68HC705 EXPERT Question - L5/L16 Compatibility

Hello,

I'm looking for a MC68HC705 expert or user who might be able to answer this question.

I have a working MC68HC705L5 program and it runs without problem on a MC68HC705L5 chip and on the emulator (MMEVS).
I am trying to port this program to a MC68HC705L16. The only code change I made was my user vector locations. (Byte craft C compiler).
The modified program works fine on the emulator in L16 mode but when I program a MC68HC705L16 chip the applications does not run.

ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated.
