MAx3421E interfacing with Microcontroller.

Hi,
I am able to read and write the MAX3421e io pins. Even can get whether usb is connected or not. but when i am sending data on control end point and checking the HRSL, i am getting the J state error.

Kindly anyone tell me, what is it? how can i get the successive transmission.
