IAm using MML130E_MIMCAP_V121.lib.scs library for capacitors.iam using umc 130nm library files.i want to make a capacitance of 10nF.but the library gives max value 0.1nF only.can any one help?

put capacitors of 0.01uf its conversion for 10nf

You do understand that on-chip capacitance of 10nF is HUMONGOUS!
Normally, any capacitance greater than 5pF is large enough to warrant a second look.

With an (optimistic) thin/high-k dielectric of 5fF/µm² this affords an area of 2mm².
And it's presumably not puncture safe. I wouldn't want to risk this. Nor to pay for it.
