Matlab7 (R14) installation problems

Hi Guys,

I downloaded 3-CD iso for matlab7 (for multi-platform)

But I encountered segment fault in the installation.

Has anybody experienced matlab 7 for linux?
 

I Installed fine with my RH7.3. What's your Linux version
 

My linux version is RH7.3, too.
 

What exactly what you did and what's the error message. You need to give us more detail so we can help you.
 

Now I am tring to install it under WinXP and have problems when it asks me about 2nd CD. It just stops at all at this place.
 

Dear tochaHCM,

I forgot to copy license file to the installation directory. After I place license.dat in it before install, the installation succeeded.
