matlab problem : how to use the open loop gains & phase

Hi all ,
I have a problem ,how to use the open loop gain & phase data to find the plant's transfer function ? I already got a plant's open loop gains and phase data , but I don't know how to use the matlab to find the transfer function !
Can anyone tell me how to do ?

I think, this is not possible because the open loop gain does not tell you anything about the forward gain and the feedback factor. You only know the product of both.
